With spring comes renewed hope for the future and the nature comes alive once more. My fervent hope is that somehow things will improve soon with the world continuing to battle the pandemic. Our business has faced a number of challenges, including COVID affected overseas plants, parts supply restrictions, and customs challenges that have affected shores of Africa, as well as recent civil unrest.

We understand how all of these negative effects have affected your business. Even so, we can assure you that our commitment to going the extra mile remains unchanged. As we move forward, we will do everything we can to minimize the impact of these uncontrollable macro events and  soon be able to grow our businesses and continue building customer loyalty.
